Enza Zaden Spain Holding is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our regional HR Operations team in Spain. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll matters, ensuring accurate personnel and benefit administration in line with local law and company policy.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding while ensuring payroll inputs are correct and aligned with payroll cycles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR with 1–2 years of HR operations experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and employment legislation in Spain.
• Experience with integrated HRIS and payroll systems, and payroll processing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line HR and payroll support to employees and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate payroll input and timely salary payments per local policy.
• Validate payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with internal and external providers.
• Support HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise with administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and HR systems usage.
