Job Title : Internal Sales Representative

Location : UK (100% Remote, with quarterly travel to London)

Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : Up to £30k base, £60k OTE for top performers

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a growing software company that specialises in data migration solutions for large organisations. This role is well suited to someone with experience in B2B software sales, who enjoys working with inbound leads, developing new business, and closing deals.

The Role : Sales and Business Development

This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, as well as identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with prospective customers and partners, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how the company’s software solutions can help.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with and convert a pipeline of high-quality inbound leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to develop new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organisations.
  • Work with channel partners to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with product developments to communicate value to prospects.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in internal sales, telesales, or SDR / BDR roles, ideally within B2B software sales.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in phone, email, and video sales conversations.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).

Experience in IT services, software sales, or service management solutions would be an advantage but is not essential.
