We are in search of a dynamic and proactive HR Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an integral part of our HR team, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of HR operations, as the administration around the full employee life cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

Employee Query Handling:

  • Respond to employee requests or issues via the HR service desk, email, or chat.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding, offboarding and job change processes.
  • Deliver new employee orientation trainings.
  • Manage time & absence records.
  • Handle immigration and mobility cases, including visa record management.
  • Provide support in employee relations cases, annual performance and compensation reviews.

Benefits Administration:

  • Play a key role in administering employee benefits programs.
  • Handle benefit-related inquiries and assist employees with benefit-related matters.
  • Manage relationships with external benefit providers.

HR Data & Document Management:

  • Draft and store employment contracts, addendums, letters, and other employee documents per local language and form requirements.
  • Maintain and manage employee files.
  • Update and archive HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain HCM system records and process transactions as required.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and regular data governance checks.
  • Stay on top of legal requirements and ensure compliance with national labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures as needed.

Payroll:

  • Own and maintain HCM data and HR inputs for monthly payroll processing.
  • Complete monthly input checklists and maintain supporting documents per internal governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency with English and German languages is a requirement; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow or other HR tools is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of European labor laws.
  • Prior experience in a European HR shared service environment is preferred.
