Zurich Insurance Group’s Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona is seeking an HR Labor Relations Intern to join a multinational HR team. You will support daily employee relations, HR operations, and documentation, gaining exposure to labor regulations in a tech-driven environment.

You will work closely with HR partners across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR groups, maintaining confidential employee records while learning from industry experts.

Formación

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eligible to sign internship agreement with your university.
• Fluent in Spanish; good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Labor Relations team in daily employee relations activities and HR operations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of employment documentation, policies, and internal communications.
• Participate in the analysis and monitoring of labour legislation.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings with employee representatives and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate on projects related to employee experience, labour relations & compensation.
• Support day-to-day HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments, and offboarding processes.
