A leading global logistics provider is seeking an HR Manager to establish and lead its HR department in Spain. This role involves managing payroll, implementing HR policies, and supporting a diverse team of 70 employees while enjoying a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in payroll and legal matters, along with project management skills, and will thrive in an international environment.
I am Beatrice, the HR Director for France and Spain. I am seeking to hire an HR Manager to build and develop our HR organization in Spain and contribute to our growth.
Your Missions :
You should have expertise in payroll and legal topics (3-5 years), experience in team leadership, and project management (2-3 years).
You desire autonomy in building your own business, work in an international context, and gain visibility in HR career development.

Location :
Barcelona Office – Remote work : 2 days / week – Permanent contract

You :
Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in payroll, legal, and management. Comfortable with HR tools. Proficient in English; French is a plus.
