I am Beatrice, the HR Director for France and Spain. I am seeking to hire an HR Manager to build and develop our HR organization in Spain and contribute to our growth.

Your Missions :

  • Build an HR department within an international and growing company, with support from the HR Director and the French HR team.
  • Lead and collaborate with Carlota, our Training and Development leader.
  • Act as the HR Business Partner close to the business and manage a team of 70 employees.
  • Manage payroll operations in collaboration with an external provider.
  • Oversee administrative processes : implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and negotiate collective agreements.
  • Lead major HR projects such as implementing a time management software and an HRIS, with support from the French and European teams.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote communication during transitions.
  • Plan, organize, and execute HR projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

You should have expertise in payroll and legal topics (3-5 years), experience in team leadership, and project management (2-3 years).

You desire autonomy in building your own business, work in an international context, and gain visibility in HR career development.

You :

Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in payroll, legal, and management. Comfortable with HR tools. Proficient in English; French is a plus.
