What You'll Do

Support the Wilson Racket business in EMEA through commercial and category/product management. Drive channel and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities, enable sales teams to meet KPIs, and develop regional commercial strategies aligned with global goals. Lead specific initiatives such as S&OP reviews, global interactions, and projects under the guidance of the Senior Regional Commercial Manager.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Become a regional expert on category ranges, key products, distribution, and end-user benefits.
  • Manage commercial plans for selected categories in collaboration with the RCM.
  • Validate regional range plans and product mixes against consumer and channel opportunities.
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights at TM and KA levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Demand, and DSC on forecasting and inventory planning, ensuring alignment with assortment strategies.
  • Implement strategies for EOL and inventory clearance to optimize stock levels.
  • Lead monthly S&OP calls with HQ to update on business status and forecasts.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for decision-making support.
  • Create business tools to facilitate sales processes, such as order forms and pre-order tools.
  • Provide consumer insights and product opportunities for future planning.
  • Support sales meetings with product expertise and lead product and commercial meetings with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales Ops and Demand teams to set up and maintain range plans in the system.
  • Ensure smooth logistics and operational deployment, including inventory allocations and product launches.
What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in category, merchandising, or product management roles.

  • Proven experience in similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically and internationally.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Results-oriented with commercial acumen.
  • Proactive approach and creative problem-solving abilities.
