Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have co-founded over 30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, generated over $3B in shareholders' value, and currently employ more than 3000 people. At Antai, we partner with and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. In the last 10 years, we have gained experience in a variety of business models (E-Commerces / DNVBs, B2B SaaS, Marketplaces) operating in a wide range of industries including Edutech, Grocery, Healthtech, Fintech, Insurtech, Proptech, and Autotech.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder that will act as Chief Product Officer for a new venture in the HealthTech space.

Responsibilities :

• Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition as well as the product roadmap.
• Analyze, prioritize and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
• Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.
• Be data-driven : report weekly on all user KPIs, translate the product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of the customer engagement and product strategy, and work closely with CTO, CEO, and COO.
• Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.

What are we looking for?

• More than 7 years experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.
• Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
• Hands-on attitude; love prototyping and building products with low code / no-code solutions and have built integrations with the ability to generate revenue.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to the Board of Directors.
• A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing consumer digital products.
• A broad skill-set including A / B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
• Passion for the digital sector.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in HealthTech start-ups is a big plus.
