A growing technology firm in Málaga is seeking an HR Consultant specialized in SAP SuccessFactors. You will advise on HR software implementation, support existing HR systems, and manage consultants. Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability :

  • Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
  • Construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the modules: Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, and RBP (Role-Based Permission)
  • Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
  • Management of external consultants
  • Sub-project management

The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us :

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in the design, configuration and further development of SAP SuccessFactors, with practical experience in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, and RBP (Role-Based Permission)
  • Good end-to-end HR process know-how, especially across recruiting, onboarding and employee master data management
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
  • Very good English skills (German is an additional benefit)
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: teamwork is essential to move forward
  • Eager to share knowledge across departments and open to acquiring knowledge from others too

Additional hands-on experience :

  • Initial exposure to SAP AI – leveraging intelligent features to enhance HR processes and decision-making

Additional skills :

  • Experience working with People Analytics within SuccessFactors, turning HR data into meaningful business insights
  • Familiarity with UKG People Assist to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
