Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
- Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions, and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape.
- Construction, support, configuration, and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on modules such as Compensation Management / Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting / Onboarding, Employee Central.
- Providing technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes.
- Managing external consultants.
- Managing sub-projects.
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
- At least 2+ years of experience in the design, configuration, and further development of SuccessFactors, with experience in modules such as Performance & Goals and Succession & Development, and good end-to-end HR process knowledge.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional qualification.
- Excellent English skills; German is an additional benefit.
- Belief that teamwork is essential to move forward.
