A leading company in telecommunications is looking for an HR IT Onboarding & Offboarding Product Manager in Bilbao. This role involves managing HR systems innovations and leading cross-functional requirements to drive efficiency in onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Onboarding & Offboarding Management Solutions and strong skills in communication and negotiation.

For the role of HR IT Onboarding & Offboarding Product Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

The responsibilities include :

Advise on target architecture vision, prioritizing business requirements and translating them into designs, principles, and non-functional requirements.

Represent HR IT towards Business functions, System Integrators, HR Programme Projects, and Live Markets.

Manage cross-functional requirements for Employee Central, including processes, integrations, reporting, analytics, security, privacy, audit, and compliance.

Support RFI / RFP processes within HR IT scope.

Review and approve global / local technical enhancements, integrations, and data migration strategies.

Design and implement scalable, reusable solutions and new technologies to drive efficiency and revenue growth across Vodafone Group.

Key contributor to HR systems innovation, including the “Future Ready” digital assistant deployment.

Represent HR Operations in market steering committees and projects, overseeing Onboarding & Offboarding strategies.

Lead cross-functional requirement reviews for Core HR, Onboarding, Offboarding, Ticketing, and other HR processes.

Manage business requirement validation, business case preparation, and budget approvals.

Approve global / local technical enterprise architecture, integrations, and data migration approaches.

What you bring :

  • Deep knowledge of Onboarding & Offboarding Management Solutions, minimum 10 years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire)
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Experience in Cloud projects / programmes in international & multicultural environment
  • Understanding of integration architecture and patterns including BTP technologies
  • Experience in managing a sophisticated customer environment, where Tools and Automation are key to enable the continuous transformation / evolution of the organization and the constant tension to efficiency
  • Capability in managing and inspiring change in a large,
  • complex organization
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding & Offboarding and any other module
  • Understanding of Agile (SAFe ) and Waterfall project management methodologies
