Hexagon Infrastructure & Geospatial busca un Ingeniero/a de Aplicaciones HR (IT) para gestionar y optimizar HRIS, enfocándose en configuración, integridad de datos, resolución de incidencias y soporte a usuarios. Colaborará en implementaciones, actualizaciones e integraciones, incluyendo SAP SuccessFactors y SAP HCM.

Se valorarán habilidades en ABAP/UI5 y experiencia en entornos HR. Ofrecemos un proyecto global con enfoque en seguridad de datos y mejora continua, en un entorno de trabajo híbrido

Formación

• Experiencia configurando y gestionando HRIS.
• Conocimientos de SAP SuccessFactors y SAP HCM.
• Conocimientos de VBA o Python son ventajosos.

ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We're looking for a visionary HR (IT) Application Engineer to manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support while collaborating with different stakeholders. They play a crucial role in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM and other HR systems.

THIS APPEALS TO YOU

• Develop, test, implement and manage our global HR systems landscape, including technical system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalated issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits and data checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS.
• Document technical solutions and procedures.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency, process consistency, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and other departments to understand their requirements, develop solutions and areas for improvement, and streamline HR processes, including data integration with other systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and integrations through testing, documentation, and training, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth HR system integration and address technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend process enhancements or new tools that align with the organization's needs.
• Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.
• Participate or lead in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, data migration and automation initiatives.

THIS IS YOU

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business economics and/or information technology, or comparable qualifications.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing HR systems landscapes.
• Programming skills or at least solid knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., VBA, Python).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and SAP HCM; knowledge of software development tools such as ABAP/UI5 is a strong advantage.
• Ideally knowledge of HR processes, data management principles, and data protection regulations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in troubleshooting system issues while maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
