LOEWE in Madrid is seeking interns to join the HR department starting in September, signing a convenio de beca with their university. This is a general application for the HR team in a collaborative, international environment, offering meaningful experience in human resources.

You must be enrolled to sign an internship agreement; internships run 6–12 months with working hours 9:00–18:30 Mon–Thu and 9:00–15:00 Fri.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Discreet, reliable and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• High level of written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

This is a General Application for the HR department. As part of the HR Team, you will work in a collaborative and international environment, supporting the team's objectives while gaining valuable professional experience and developing your skills in Human Resources.

Profile

Internships at LOEWE:

• If you are from the EU, you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the EU, you need a valid work permit.
• Our internships run for 6–12 months, and the working hours are generally 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays.
• You’ll receive study support of €800–900 gross per month, as well as a daily lunch subsidy.

About you:

• You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.
• Passionate about people, talent development and creating a positive employee experience.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development or HR Business Partnering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discreet, reliable and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• High level of written and spoken English; any additional language is a plus.
