adidas is offering an HR internship in Zaragoza, Spain. You will join a dynamic HR team, learn with a tutor, and contribute to onboarding, performance, training, and employee experience projects.

Focus areas include DEI, wellbeing, internal communications, and events. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, and strong communication and organizational skills. Hybrid setup with 1 day remote per week.

Formación

• Student in HR, Law, business admin or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Interest in HR topics like DEI, employee experience and internal comms.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in key HR processes and activities on a hands-on basis.
• Support onboarding, performance, training and talent development.
• Assist in DEI, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications.
• Help organize events and brand activations to foster culture.
