Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a Human Resources intern to join our Madrid team. You will support our professional HR team across a variety of tasks in a learning-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are current Bachelor or Master students in HR or Psychology with fluent English, and who can commit to a 6-month, part-time internship (9:00–14:00). Hybrid work in Madrid is offered to balance hands-on learning with flexible collaboration.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Half-day availability mornings (9:00–14:00).
• Based in Madrid or able to work from Madrid.

Requirements

• Currently studying a Bachelor or Master degree related to Human Resources or Psychology
• High English level
• Possibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement
• Half-time availability in morning hours (9:00h - 14:00h)
• Possibility to join our team in Madrid
