Burson in Madrid is seeking a passionate Public Affairs Communication professional to join our team as a Manager. You will support institutional positioning, analyze regulatory developments, and manage relationships for clients across Spain and Europe.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in public affairs, and a strong command of English. A hybrid work model and collaborative culture are offered at Burson.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in public affairs, institutional relations, political communication, corporate communication, or a relevant agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish political and parliamentary system.
• High level of spoken and written English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Public Affairs strategies and institutional positioning for companies and sector associations.
• Analyse and supervise political and regulatory developments across the Spanish and European institutional landscape.
• Identify legislative risks and opportunities and contribute to defining strategic lines of action for clients.
• Support communication and public affairs strategies, particularly in highly regulated sectors.
• Provide strategic support and contribute to client account management and relationships.
• Prepare and supervise reports, briefings, messaging, stakeholder mapping, and other communication materials.
• Support project coordination and help guide junior team members.
• Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals, and pitches.
