An international engineering company based in Madrid is seeking an HR&GS Manager for their Algeria Project. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee mobility, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of HR experience, proficiency in digital HR tools, and fluency in French and English. Formación

  • Minimum 10 years of HR or GS experience.
  • Experience in managing multi-location HR operations in a multinational environment preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Overview

For our Algeria Project we are looking to incorporate an HR&GS Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations at site, that including : International and Domestic Mobility, Labour Compliance, Personnel and Control Administration, General services at site. This role manages and ensures the smooth execution of TR company HR policies, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery to support business objectives.

Additionally, this role will lead and coordinate a team of HR and GS professionals , ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business needs.Coordination with equivalent positions of our JV partner

Availability to be relocated to Hassi Messaoud Camp.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 1.Onboarding
    • Onboarding at site
    • Oversee the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans & that Disciplinary matters are properly handled according TR policies and reporting to HR Manager in Argel Branch
    • Monitoring all the aspect related with arrival(mobilization) of personnel assigned to site
    • Reception with onboarding package (Laptop, Mobile Phone, Room,..)
  • 2. HR Administration
    • Following instructions from HR manager in branch, Manage HR administrative functions, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy updates.
    • Control of presence at site, leaves, absences,..
    • Reporting biweekly to TR Corporate about staff
    • Monthly manhours report
  • 3. HRMS & Digital Transformation :
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate digital HR tools for efficiency.
  • 4.General Services :
    • Collaboration with Camp Manager and team
    • Organization of domestic personnel trips related with Home leaves / vacations and others
    • Permanent contact with Security management
    • Stationaries
    • Maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities in TCF offices
    • Keep the welfare of staff at site

Qualifications & Experience :
