Formación

• Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR practices.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation.
• Maintain HR databases and generate insightful reports.

Job Description

Your Mission :

• Enhance Onboarding : Ensure new hires have a seamless and engaging experience
• Employee Champion : Be the go-to HR hero, solving queries and fostering a positive work environment.
• HR Connector : Bridge the gap between the HR Shared Service Center and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• HR Operations : Support day-to-day HR operations, assist in implementing HR policies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Data Detective : Maintain HR databases, generate insightful reports, and uncover trends to drive improvements.

What we are looking for :

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Workday and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
