Main Responsibilities
Independently handle diverse HR projects and tasks, including enhancing our employer image, refining performance evaluation processes, and improving HR operational efficiency.
Propose innovative ideas to continuously enhance our HR practices.
Champion a supportive and engaging work atmosphere where employees can flourish and maximize their potential.
Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to management on all HR-related topics.
Collaborate closely with the office and facilities management.
Core Skills / Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in the Spanish market.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
Confidence in navigating HR information systems and juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.
A solid understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and contribute fresh ideas.
