YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage and support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit
  • Advise managers and employees on HR topics, employee relations, and compliance matters
  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes in coordination with International HR
  • Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Coordinate compensation topics, salary adjustments, and payroll communication
  • Maintain and update HR tools, systems, and employee records
  • Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions

WHAT SETS THEM APART

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR department
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and employee relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives
  • Confident working with HR systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills in both English and Spain
  • Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skills
