A leading company in consulting is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage various HR functions, including employee lifecycle, performance appraisals, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related fields and a proven track record in HR operations, equipped with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Advice and provides support to the management of HUB and Brands within the perimeter around HR topics such as policies, procedures, processes, administrative and legal aspect. Coordinate the employee life cycle along with managers.
