We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Analyst to join the team based in Madrid. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, streamlining, and supporting all HR functions, with a focus on payroll, recruiting, HR processes, and employment information management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a keen interest in improving HR core operations.

Job Description : Main Functions

Payroll and Administrative Support :

  • Manage payroll calculations with external service providers, as well as coordinate internally with the accounting team.
  • Assist in handling employees’ leaves, vacations. Maintain employees’ records, manage personnel files, update databases, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support in controlling personnel expenses and departments’ budgets.

Recruitment and Onboarding :

  • Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, organizing interviews, and co-conducting initial interviews.
  • Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding.
  • Participate in recruiting events with universities.
  • Generate regular reports on hiring trends, candidate experience, and HR metrics.

Performance and Development :

  • Support the annual performance management process, assist in organizing training sessions and overall employees’ development initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics and support internal and external training, as well as follow up on the Annual Training Plan.

Benefits Administration and HR Data Management :

  • Administer employees’ benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee queries regarding benefits packages.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate HR databases. Track HR metrics.
  • Ensure the integrity of employment records and support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with audits, surveys, and external reporting requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between Talent, Finance, Compliance, and IT for data consistency and reporting alignment.
  • Support the migration of legacy systems and help implement next-generation technologies as part of our tech transformation roadmap.

HR Policies :

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Help maintain employees’ records in accordance with requirements and assist in responding to audits or inquiries.
  • Participate in policy development and updates.

Overall support and contribution to various HR projects, with transversal interaction with the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in similar functions, especially in payroll management and recruiting processes for junior staff.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and effective time management.
  • High ethical standards regarding confidentiality and handling information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of English proficiency.
