A leading company in home appliances seeks an HR Assistant to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. The ideal candidate is a graduate with 2-3 years in HR, possessing strong analytical and communication skills, and proficient in MS Office.

Descripción del empleo

  • Responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the Human Resources department at the assigned location.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Identify quality candidates and schedule initial interviews adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Conduct initial interviews and recommend candidates for final interviews with the designated final interviewer / Hiring Manager.
  • Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers, informing them of the progress of identifying qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and assist in the employee onboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain necessary employee records, applicant information, and performance evaluation information.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Maintain employee files and records in HRIS.
  • Responsible for processing / monitoring daily timekeeping actions for schedules, rendered overtime, and night differentials.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience in HR or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Multitasking capabilities and great organizational skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
