Responsible for administration in the HR department, focusing on the Telefonica project, covering the entire employee life cycle—from processing new starter documents to amending contracts, issuing offer letters, producing starter packs, following up on references and right-to-work documents, and updating systems. Provide guidance to the services manager regarding HR policies and legal requirements. Report directly to the HR Manager.
This role emphasizes client support and processing activities; most of the time will be dedicated to providing information, managing data, and ensuring process and delivery efficiency.
This position is based at our Madrid office, with the possibility of working from home 1 or 2 days per week.
