Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the day‑to‑day management of local employee relations and the end‑to‑end onboarding process.

You will act as the HR point of contact for employee representatives, coordinate PRL training in Spain, and support sensitive situations in coordination with the Iberia HR Lead, while promoting a proactive people agenda.

Formación

• 6-8 years in HR Operations or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law.
• Experience with Spanish individual and collective labor relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Independent, proactive and team-oriented.
• Native Spanish with good English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6-8 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist or local HRBP roles.


• Solid, hands-on experience of Spanish individual and collective labor relations.


• Strong working knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Able to work independently and take ownership.


• Dynamic, cheerful colleague who enjoys teamwork.


• Native Spanish and good professional English level; Portuguese would be a great plus.
