Position Overview :

Join Socialpoint’s Two Dots team as a Principal UI / UX Designer, where artistic creativity meets functional game design. Lead the creation of intuitive, visually striking interfaces that captivate players while excelling in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Drive design strategy, craft interactive prototypes, and collaborate across teams to deliver top-tier gaming experiences. This role offers growth opportunities for those eager to expand their expertise and shape the future of game design.

What You'll do :

1. UI / UX Design and Development : Conceptualize and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and UI layouts, ensuring exceptional player experiences.
2. Artistic Collaboration and Implementation : Design UI art and visual elements aligned with thematic art styles, prepare assets for Unity integration, and develop functional animations for interactions.
3. Team Collaboration and Ownership : Collaborate with product, design, and art teams while owning UX for multiple game feature pods and setting standards in UI / UX.
4. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Mentor senior UI / UX staff, participate in critiques and reviews, and share insights with other teams to establish best practices organization-wide.
5. Process Leadership : Define methodologies, create documentation, and participate in retrospectives to continually refine UI / UX strategies and execution.

What You Bring :

1. 6+ years of experience in the game development industry specializing in UX and UI, having worked on 3+ different game titles.
2. Ability to create new assets that adhere to an established visual style and further develop that style, ensuring consistency and innovation in design aesthetics.
3. Specializes in designing for mid-core mobile gaming, leveraging user psychology and prototyping expertise.
4. Skilled in Unity Game Engine, capable of creating and implementing user interfaces in complex game infrastructure.
5. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to changing circumstances.

1. Proactively pursues personal, interpersonal, and craft skill development while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship, guiding junior team members in honing their skills.
2. Communicates effectively with diverse audiences, presenting complex ideas convincingly and facilitating consensus-building across teams and locations.
3. Proficient in graphic design principles and industry-standard software, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
