We have an exciting opportunity for an HR / People Experience Advisor to join our team at the Orbigo Plant, supporting our manufacturing function.

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner and interact with colleagues and people managers at our Orbigo factory.

How you will contribute

  • Address complex queries requiring local support by explaining people practices, processes, and policies to employees and People Managers.
  • Support the implementation of local BU projects or initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, maintain updated company policies, and support various people activities including onboarding, induction, and absence management.
  • Collaborate closely with People Services Advisors from different HR workstreams to prioritize based on Business Unit needs.
  • Handle HR administration and HR system transactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to enhance employee experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers.
