Responsibilities
  • Serve as our in-house HR expert for Spain, handling complex people-related matters related to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel.
  • Own and drive the EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits.
  • Provide high-level support to our EOR employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Assist with admin tasks such as report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
  • Create a high-touch local experience where needed, and help the product and operations teams develop scalable systems.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of international HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications and certifications in HR are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Data-driven mindset, challenging the status quo to improve response times and employee experience.
  • Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar ticketing tools is advantageous.
