Are you a dynamic and passionate HR professional ready to make an impact? ZeptoLab is on the lookout for an energetic HR Director to help us shape and elevate our vibrant ZeptoCulture!

In this role, your mission will be to lead and enhance the ZeptoCulture by crafting and rolling out innovative HR programs and solutions in collaboration with our dedicated HR team. You'll be the go-to partner for managers, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered.

As the HR Director, you'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle, working tirelessly to attract, develop, retain, and reward our ZeptoPeople. If you’re ready to join us on this journey and help create a workplace where talent thrives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the HR team, helping them grow in their roles and become even more effective at what they do.
  • Kickstart and improve learning and development (L&D) programs for managers, focusing on acquiring new skills, building leadership capabilities, and fostering professional growth.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address challenges in key HR areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
  • Create an HR and People Strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making, evaluate effectiveness, and refine HR processes.
  • Manage HR functions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to best practices for our diverse team.
  • Leverage HR automation tools and AI technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams of five or more, fostering teamwork, and achieving results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including Recruitment, L&D (especially Leadership Development), Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
  • At least 2-3 years in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Lead, or HR Director, with a total HR experience of at least 8 years.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural tech companies with 60-300 employees (bonus if in the EU).
  • Fluency in English and Russian for effective communication.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and willingness to challenge norms and embrace change.
  • Experience setting OKRs and strategic goals for HR departments.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some background in the Game Development industry, understanding its culture and dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
