Job Opportunity : HR Data & Talent Specialist

GBfoods, a leading company in the food industry with a rich history dating back to 1937, is seeking a dedicated HR Data & Talent Specialist to join our HR Europe team. This role is pivotal in managing HR data, analytics, and supporting our talent initiatives across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics, ensuring data quality and accuracy in collaboration with Country HR Data leads.
• Manage HR dashboards and analytics using tools like Excel, Business Objects, or Power BI.
• Prepare HR reports to support various HR functions including Rewards, Systems, and Talent.
• Stay informed on industry trends in HR analytics and workforce planning.
• Analyze and report on HR KPIs, coordinating across European geographies.
• Manage ad-hoc HR reports and scorecards to identify issues and trends.
• Promote a Data Culture within the organization through training and system improvements.
• Support the execution of HR Talent and development projects such as HCM implementation, Pulse Surveys, Performance Management, and Talent Reviews.
