For the role ofHR Data Reporting and Analytics IT Platform manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include :
Key contributor to the evolution of HR Systems and innovation initiatives in Data Reporting and Analytics.
Expert in Vodafone’s multi-system HR Data model, defining integration mappings, transformation logic, and reporting frameworks.
Manage product roadmaps for data, reporting, and analytics solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
Ensure technical consistency of data and analytics across HR functions, aligned with IT governance.
Advise on target architecture vision, translating business priorities into scalable, efficient solutions.
Act as HR IT interface with Business functions, System Integrators, HR Programme Projects, and market operations.
Lead review and approval of technical enhancements, integrations, and data migration strategies.
Design and implement reusable, scalable solutions to drive operational efficiency and global business value.
Key Contributor to the innovation of HR systems
Represent HR Operations in Markets Steering Committees and with System Integrators for HR Data, Analytics, and Reporting initiatives.
Manage business requirement validation, business case development, and budget approvals.
Review and approve Global and Local Technical Enterprise Architecture.
Oversee commercial management and delivery from internal and external System Integrators (e.g. Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte, SAP, IBM, _VOIS), ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s product strategy and technical roadmap.
Guarantee compliance with security, architecture standards, privacy / GDPR, SOX, and audit requirements.
