The HR Data Excellence Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring of HR Data framework to ensure process robustness and highest data quality levels to take data driven decisions regarding people. This role will monitor & control that excellence in HR Data Foundations is implemented to create business value through discovery and availability of trustworthy data, in a variety of business processes and knowledge domains.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the management of HR Data from various systems and sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness of HR data across all systems.
  2. Coordinate the People & HR Data Governance deploying all Group Data standards, security policies and procedures within the HR function.
  3. Present the Data Quality Council, contribute to data governance initiatives, raise data quality awareness inside HR function, manage and animate Data Governance community.
  4. Manage HR data improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
  5. Collaborate in the preparation & presentation of People Analytics reports.
  6. Support the implementation of People & HR Data Analytics strategy.

You bring:

  1. University degree in Engineering, Business or Economics required, preferably with Masters.
  2. 1-2 years working experience, ideally with ability to analyze, manage and validate large sizes of data.
  3. Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions (PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query and similar) with understanding of databases and data structures.
  4. Data driven mindset with high level of quality standards, strong detailed orientation, and hands on proactive mindset.
  5. Methodic, structured, analytical, and creative problem solving, with project management skills, good communication and team player.
