Schneider Electric in Barcelona seeks an HR Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to safeguard HR data, ensure regulatory compliance, and align security controls with HR needs across systems.

You will work with HR and IT to implement secure configurations, monitor GDPR/NIS 2/HIPAA compliance, and support audits of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll platforms. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in cybersecurity or IT audit are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or compliance.
• Solid understanding of data privacy laws and frameworks (GDPR, NIS 2, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Experience securing HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, local laws).
• Monitor and enforce policies for handling PII and sensitive employee data.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to implement secure configurations and access controls.
• Track and report on compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with IT to secure HRIS, ATS, LMS and other HR platforms.
