ADP is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst to manage risk across its global payroll provider network, ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance. You will lead risk assessments, validate controls, and drive remediation within a multinational, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen third-party governance and risk management, mentor junior staff, and adapt role scope to evolving regulations.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Compliance, Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management, Audit, or Internal Controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Solid understanding of data privacy principles and regulations

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based assessments for payroll providers and guide remediation
• Evaluate governance structures and risk management frameworks of providers
• Validate design and effectiveness of key controls and identify gaps
• Coordinate with providers and stakeholders to develop corrective action plans
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, beneficial ownership)
• Ensure data governance and records retention for providers
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Business Operations to manage third-party compliance risks
• Support strategic compliance programs and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

In this role you will help manage risk across ADP’s global payroll provider network to ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance. You will lead risk assessments, validate controls, and drive remediation within a multinational, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen ADP’s third-party governance and risk management. • Lead risk-based assessments for new and existing payroll providers, identifying compliance exposures and guiding remediation
• Evaluate governance structures and risk management frameworks of providers
• Validate design and effectiveness of key controls and identify gaps
• Coordinate with providers and internal stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and track remediation to closure
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, beneficial ownership verification)
• Ensure compliance with data governance and records retention for providers
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Business Operations to manage third-party compliance risks
• Support strategic compliance programs and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

• 3–5+ years of experience in Compliance, Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management, Audit, or Internal Controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Solid understanding of data privacy principles and regulations
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in large accounting, consulting, or auditing firms is a plus
