Location: Remote / Flexible (some travel may be required)
We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Consultant to collaborate closely with the Global Head of HR. The role involves designing and implementing a scalable SWP process across a global organization (~1300 employees in 7 countries).
This impactful, cross-functional position focuses on enabling the business to anticipate future talent needs, align workforce planning with strategic objectives, and foster collaboration among HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
Additionally, you will support the upcoming implementation of the Workday SWP module (target: early 2026) and provide support for Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and benefits projects.
