We are looking for an HR Generalist for the Invest Business Unit to work with our remote, globally distributed team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Payroll, non-payroll, administration: HR costs, payroll monitoring, market analysis, coordination of changes, reflection of transfers in document flow and accounting systems.
  • Engagement and loyalty: Analysis of eNPS, development, and implementation of measures to improve engagement.
  • Motivation and organizational design: Analysis of KPIs, development of motivation programs, calculation of bonuses, communication of results, report preparation, analytics, adjustment of accruals, and control of annual bonuses.
  • Corporate culture: Participation in events, internal communications, regular one-to-one meetings with employees.
  • Partnership with managers: Support for managers on HR issues and development of management skills.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Audit of profiles and KPIs, final interviews with candidates, and onboarding support.
  • Training and development: Organizing training, managing 1-to-1 meetings, employee development, managing OKR and PDP projects, and conducting 360-degree assessments.

We expect from you:

  • 2-3+ years of successful experience in a similar HR BP position in an international Investment, VC / PE, Family Office.
  • Able to implement and ensure the execution of basic employee lifecycle HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Able to manage the budget for salaries and benefits, turnover, employee engagement, and loyalty, and provide measurable examples of the impact on these indicators.
  • Has experience in coaching managers in direct reports or in the area of responsibility.
  • A problem solver able to take responsibility.
  • Motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives.
  • Highly persistent, does not give up easily, and knows how to achieve results.
  • Goal-oriented, thinks in terms of numbers, facts, and figures.
  • Highly stress-resistant and able to work in situations of uncertainty and multitasking.

  • Workplace organization: The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
