Qualificações

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment, ideally insurance/financial services.
• Strong ability to use data/metrics to guide leaders and inform decisions.
• Exposure to Employee Relations and case management; knowledge of employment law in Spain and Portugal.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of impact through people initiatives.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and drive strategic cross-organizational initiatives.
• Excellent project management, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

We are looking for a strategic and seasoned HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, driving organizational transformation and aligning people strategy with long-term business goals.

In this role you will operate as an HR Business Partner for Iberia (Spain and Portugal), working in close partnership with the Head of HR, Iberia, to shape and deliver a strategic people agenda supporting regional and Global business objectives and growth priorities. The role focuses on translating global strategy into pragmatic, executable people solutions within a complex, matrixed environment on a regional and local level.

• Owning and delivering cyclical HR processes (e.g. performance, talent, succession) in a highly matrixed and complex environment, ensuring they are value‑adding and commercially relevant
• Coaching senior leaders to build organisational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive high‑performance cultures
• Influencing and constructively challenging leadership thinking, using insight, data, and strong commercial judgement while remaining outcome‑focused and pragmatic
• Supporting the globalisation and localisation of the strategic people plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy and relevance across regions and markets
• Leading and coordinating EMEA regional programmes and projects, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery with clear alignment with the various Center of Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, et al) to design and implement solutions that are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable, and pragmatic to business needs balance global HR frameworks with local business requirements.
• Acting as a connector across global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution of the people agenda
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of regional and cluster stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, priorities, and competing demands in a complex, matrixed environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partnering and broad cross‑functional HR within a multinational environment, ideally insurance, financial services.
• Strong understanding of using data/metrics to guide leaders/make decisions
• Exposure to Employee Relations and case management / good level of employment law knowledge for both Spain and Portugal
• Strong business acumen with a successful track record that shows business impact through human capital initiatives.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and drive strategic initiatives that cross organizational boundaries.
• Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills are critical for success.
• Business acumen and an understanding of the intricacies of the business and the implications of different business models in a highly matrixed environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
