Our values (Passion, Responsibility, Transparency, Creativity, and Humility) are very important to us, and all our actions are aligned with them.

We are pioneers in responsible tourism (check out our Wave of Change movement to learn more).

If this sounds interesting to you, maybe this is your place!

Reporting to the Global HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering with managers to align business goals with people strategies. You’ll also play a key role in the successful implementation of a new HCM system, ensuring our HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and foster a positive employee and people leaders experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior managers, providing guidance on talent, performance, and engagement.
  2. Collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that drive business success.
  3. Use data and analytics to drive workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  4. Play a key role in the adoption and optimization of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system to enhance HR processes.
  5. Champion a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance across the organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. 5+ years of HRBP experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  3. Hands-on experience in implementing an HCM system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and guiding the business leaders and employees on the change journey.
  4. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
  1. Be part of a global hospitality leader with exciting career growth opportunities.
  2. Drive impactful HR initiatives and shape the future of our people strategy.
  3. Enjoy competitive benefits, travel perks, and a dynamic, collaborative culture.
  4. You will be part of our Iberostar Vitality community, with access to a multitude of wellness activities.
  5. Opportunity for progression and career growth within the company: variety of opportunities and projects that will allow you to develop your potential and grow professionally every day.
  6. Work in an inspiring environment that is committed to people, values, and a responsible tourism model.

If you’re passionate about HR, innovation, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
