Required Skillset

  • 3-7 years of proven successful experience in an account executive, account manager, or commercial insight role within a market research organization.
  • Ability to uncover opportunities, problem-solve, and articulate the benefits of solutions to sell value-driven deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, articulating strengths and clear benefits against competitors.
  • Understanding of market research / insight with exposure to different areas of market research.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment, managing the full deal cycle with various deal sizes and volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual targets, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of value-added insights through consultancy skills.
  • Identify prospect challenges and offer solutions through value-based selling.
  • Build relationships at management and buyer levels.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote positive internal experiences of Toluna Group.
  • Encourage referrals to other departments or divisions.
  • Create bids and proposals that address prospect needs and highlight benefits.
  • Conduct quarterly territory reviews for growth planning.
  • Collaborate with Senior Directors on personalized account strategies aligned with Go To Market plans.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toluna's solutions and systems.
