A job that matters : Your Tasks
The HR BP is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, support and development of a qualified and cost-effective workforce. Implements HR processes and supports the management.
- Right people in right roles : managing performance and potential evaluation, talent management, addressing low performers, planning internal moves, succession, retention, gender diversity.
- Recruitment, hiring and onboarding : planning resources according to the business needs, organization of time and cost-efficient recruitment process, engage and train line managers, ensure selection of best-fit candidates.
- Support development of the organization and individuals by identifying training needs and realizing them with dormakaba e-learning, internal and external trainings etc.
- Improve and control operational capabilities in the daily business and administrative processes, legal compliance and all day-to-day HR tasks (managing employee’s life cycle, internal regulations, performance reviews, incentives, compliance)
- Support Business stakeholders and line managers in all matters related to HR (labor legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration, etc.). Address and solve issues proactively.
- Promote dormakaba culture and increase engagement by managing dormakaba dialog program, internal communication, ensuring compliance to Code of Conduct.
- Regular reporting : update Employee Central (myHR Successfactors), provide and explain HR data for Monthly Performance Reviews.
An experience that matters : Your Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR general functions, good knowledge of local employment legislation and pay-roll
- Experience in the implementation and follow-up of Equality Plans
- With expertise in trainings development, performance and growth, development plans and salary review and i nternal communications
- Master (or bachelor with continuous further education) in human resources / business administration
- Spanish and English fluent
