Position Overview

Reporting to the Global HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering with managers to align business goals with people strategies. You will also play a key role in implementing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior managers, advising on talent, performance, and engagement.
2. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute people strategies that support business success.
3. Utilize data and analytics for workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
4. Lead the adoption and optimization of the HCM system to improve HR processes.
5. Promote a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Hands-on experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and guiding change management.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
