The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a key strategic business partner, facilitator and liaison for HR related activities for their assigned client group / s.
The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR related needs.
The HRBP aligns and interacts with HR teams around the globe to deliver value-added service in line with the HR Global Strategic plan. He / she works closely with Global HR functions such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants.
The HR Business Partner is proactively involved in developing, maintaining and ensuring consistency with the HR practices, policies, procedures and programs in place in the given site.
