Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR processes, procedures and systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and talent development activities.
• Collaborate with managers to provide HR guidance and support aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to local, regional and Group HR projects and initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and follow up on KPIs related to people management.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency within HR processes and practices.
• Coordinate CAE requirements for Technical Sales Support and Sales teams.
• Plan and follow up occupational health surveillance and medical examinations.
• Assist in tracking and closing actions resulting from industrial hygiene measurements and assessments.
• Collaborate with the HSEQ department in planning and coordinating safety training activities.
• Support the identification, follow-up and closure of competence gaps related to safety and compliance requirements.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Supports the HR&HSE function by contributing to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility. May offer advice to employees on matters related to Human Resources and Health & Safety. Contribute to assigned projects or specialist area(s), focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.

Responsibilities

• HSEQ: Support the coordination and follow-up of Contractor Activities Coordination (CAE) requirements for Technical Sales Support and Sales teams. Support the planning, monitoring and follow-up of occupational health surveillance and medical examinations. Assist in tracking and closing actions resulting from industrial hygiene measurements and assessments. Collaborate with the HSEQ department in planning and coordinating safety training activities. Support the identification, follow-up and closure of competence gaps related to safety and compliance requirements.
