Job Summary

We seek a seasoned professional to lead payroll and HR administration efforts for our organization in Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

This key role will also involve coordinating relationships with external providers, managing audits, and collaborating with global teams on digital transformation projects.

Additionally, the position will analyze and report relevant data, promoting continuous improvement initiatives and automation of administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate payroll and personnel administration team.
  • Ensure correct execution of monthly payroll process for entire workforce.
  • Oversee administrative management of employee lifecycle : hiring, changes, terminations, sick leave, maternity / paternity leaves.
  • Guarantee compliance with Spanish labor law and correct application of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external providers and manage internal / external audits.
  • Participate in digital transformation projects, including implementation of new employee request management tools.
  • Collaborate in rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module together with global teams.
  • Analyze and report relevant data : headcount, salary costs, KPIs, management indicators.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and automation of payroll and administrative processes.
