The Role

As an HR Admin, you will assist the HR Department with personnel management and other HR tasks and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks such as benefits, sick leaves, absences, etc.
  • Assist in the prevention of occupational risks within the group.
  • Manage the personnel database and archive HR documents.
  • Manage employee benefits and support related inquiries from employees.
  • Assist with the implementation of new policies.
  • Enable access to HR tools and provide employees with information regarding benefits, holidays, guidelines, and other relevant details.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with G-suite
  • Specific training in Labor Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
