Your responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system.
  3. Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations.
  5. Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards.
  6. Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department.
  7. Contribute to various HR projects.

Your profile:

  1. Experience: +5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
  2. Qualifications: Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
  3. Knowledge: Strong expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administration.
  4. Languages: German mother tongue and excellent English skills (French desirable).
  5. Skills: Analytical and pragmatic mindset, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
