About the role:

The Corporate Data Intelligence team, part of the Corporate Information Office, is providing reports, dashboards & analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. The team takes care of the data warehouse architecture, the ETL-processes, data mappings & definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The ultimate goal is to reinforce Business Excellence in all domains and at all levels in the organization.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Focus on first line support for data & insight needs of our Sales / Business.
• Analyze how to improve Corporate Data Solutions and unlock new opportunities to increase efficiency and / or impact on the organization.
• Set up new or improve existing data solutions with your colleagues.
• Present and promote solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute within & between teams by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Depending on personal interest, explore statistical data analytics and work on other Information Office projects within other domains (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing…)

What do you have to offer?

• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a Partner for our internal Businesses.
• Strong interest in data, reporting, and analytics.
• Extensive expertise in the reporting tool Power BI (minimum 5 years) and SQL.
• Team player with flexibility to engage in both small individual assignments and large team assignments.
• Eager to learn with a result-driven mind-set.

Experience considered as a plus:

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales and / or Marketing.
• Experience with CX.
• Experience with Finance or HR.
• Experience in Payroll & HR Domain.
• Experience in agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Reporting Tools, including Tableau, IBM Cognos.
• Knowledge of SAP4H and / or SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of statistics.
