We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us build one of the best products to manage a marketplace that connects temporary workers with leading companies.

You will drive the impact of your product across the organization, leading the definition & iterations of the technology, but also aligning and leading the implementation of those new initiatives across departments.

You will be partnering directly with an engineering team, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and build our platform to enable our clients to have long-term job stability sensation, continuously offering them job opportunities and improving their work experience.

Product Manager at Job&Talent works at the core of multi-disciplinary teams that operate with autonomy and initiative to build and improve our product, which has a demonstrable positive impact on our clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Define a product vision and roadmap which is aligned with the business' vision and goals.
• KPIs ownership, pushing “deep-dives” with the business analysts.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data within your team and stakeholders across the organization to set goals and develop strategies for reaching them.
• Be the main touchpoint for other stakeholders' petitions for the product roadmap and follow up / communicate on delivery and progress, managing their expectations and aligning priorities.

A successful candidate will have

• A track record of working with engineering teams.
• Experience working on operational problems (staffing, logistics, etc.).
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, understanding problems and looking for solutions out of the box.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and rationalize backlog prioritization.
• A thirst for analyzing key business metrics & qualitative feedback.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (including Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Fluency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL & Redshift querying knowledge.
• Experience in developing third-party integrations.
