We're looking for a talented Product Designer to help turn our mission from vision to reality, working from the beginning to the end of product building, from new disruptive ideas to detailed iterations on micro-interactions.

Responsibilities

1. Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them.
2. Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess viability, and design the fine-grained details of interactions.
3. Iterate based on feedback from the whole team. Work closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership, defining together the solution, and supporting during development and launch.
4. Own the success or failure of their design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work.
5. Write about, present, and share what they have learned.
6. Design, maintain and work within Job&Talent's design system.
7. Contribute proactively to identify improvement opportunities in the way we work (processes, tools, ceremonies, etc).

You have

1. Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products.
2. Experience designing experiences that people can access on any type of device: desktop, tablet, phone.
3. An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed UI and visual design.
4. The ability to create high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch, Figma, etc.
5. The ability to create prototypes.
6. Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals.
7. Excellent self-starter who can deeply collaborate with engineers.
8. Deep knowledge of UX / UI patterns.
9. Solid understanding of product design and development life cycle.
10. Being a great communicator in English (Spanish highly desired).
