Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Strong Excel and accounting skills are essential.

The Position

We're on the hunt for an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our financial strategy, providing key insights, and driving business performance. Responsibilities

1. Prepare the weekly P&L management report, including both actuals and forecasts.
2. Provide insight to management and other stakeholders on country and global performance (vs Budget).
3. Perform quarterly reconciliation of management reports to accounting.
4. Support the FP&A team in the preparation of financial models in Google Sheets, internal dashboards, or other materials for management.
5. Collaborate with internal finance stakeholders (accounting, controlling, strategy) and other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient reporting and data consistency across the organization.

You have

1. At least 1 or 2 years of experience
2. Basic knowledge of a P&L Structure.
3. Proficiency in Accounting.
4. Advanced Excel skills.
5. English proficiency (C1 level).

Nice if you also have

1. Previous internship experience.
2. Knowledge of Google Sheets.
3. Knowledge of Pop SQL.
