Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Customer Success Architect to drive customer adoption of their aaS GreenLake solutions. This role entails building strong customer relationships, guiding transformation journeys, and ensuring successful engagement and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of HPE’s services.

As a Customer Success Architect, you play a key role in helping customers achieve their targeted business outcomes in their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for driving adoption and consumption of their as a service (aaS) GreenLake solutions. You’ll be on a mission in guiding customers to unlock the full value of their aaS solution, enabling users to achieve faster time to adoption & value realization, and identify expansion opportunities to grow HPE portfolio footprint within the account. You’ll need to have a good understanding of the big picture and the commitment to communicate at the highest leadership levels with HPE’s key customers and partners. As a Customer Success Architect, you’ll need to be an expert in one or more cloud and DevOps solution areas and a natural relationship builder, capable of earning respect both inside and outside of HPE. You’ll be expected to quickly become a trusted partner and advisor for customers and be their champion within HPE. As part of a global and diverse team, you’ll need to improvise both technically and in relationships while striving to contribute to the development of the team.
